“Amidst all the news coverage and stories [of the 9/11 commemorations], our message from the WEA was the only one demonstrating global Christ-like unity and hope, that positively stressed the importance of peace among Christians and Muslims worldwide,” writes WEA senior communications advisor May-Lynn Chang. 

NZ Christian Network’s Glyn Carpenter contributed a prayer for the occasion.

“Over 6,000 visitors saw your message on our web page on Friday the 9th .  Your message of encouragement served as our global voice to the masses,” said May-Lynn Chang. “ Thank you!

“Because of your prompt attention and immediate participation, our collective voice was impactful and powerful.  We are stronger together as one.”
